2006 CR-V AWD - Overall - the car, specifically the HVAC and cooling systems seem to be working fine. Weird issue that may be the beginnings of a problem. It occurs only when I am using the cabin blower fan for heat/AC in the cabin. The problem STOPS when the cabin fan is shut off.

When the cabin fan is on, the cooling fan for the radiator comes on for regular short cycles: about 5 seconds on, then 15 seconds off - repeating itself non-stop. Coolant temperature is fine; cabin temperature (heat and AC) is fine. The cycle of getting the engine fan coming on just feels odd. In addition it causes it a bit of a vibration. Very minor all-in-all, but worthy of checking out.
