Hi, I just got my second used transmission put into my 2001 Honda Accord and it slips every first gear? Every gear after that is fine. I was wondering how do I stop it from slipping? Could I use something to stop it from slipping? Could I use Lucas Stop Slip to put in my car? Please help. I need my car. I love my car. Thank you!!!

do a drain and refill with honda fluid not autozone fluid. or any other fluid.

So would i have to take the transmission out to do a drain? And my engine is a 4 cylinder.

 

When you turn the ignition to II(ON) does the CEL and D4 lamps illuminate with all the other warning lamps?

ok so far we know its a 2001 honda accord automatic 4 cylinder car. ex lx etc.? symptoms of old transmission. why was it replace. was it replaced by some shop around the corner or did you search for the right shop?
