Just got a 99 honda civic ex.cosmeticaly rough,but motor has 2000 miles on it.im looking for about 200hp good looking cruzer.any info to get that would be great.also i bought the car with a 4-2-1 header and and full exhaust,but the guy put stock muffler back on it cause of the raspy sound and it still has it.what can i do to get ride of it?
