Recently bought this vehicle. 2001 Accord, F23A1, manual tranny, wont rev past 5k, I think it hss something to do with it maybe thinking its in nuetral in an auto still. Has decent power, but no top end due to low revs. Anything helps.

And just to be clear, dont jump down my throat about not searching for it. I can NOT find the answer.
