i have an 89 civic b18 obd1 tuning with neptune rtp

i have a problem when doing 3rd gear pull at 6k rpm its will bog/cut then pick up right away and keep going.
i was thinking it was the distributor.
as you can see in the video right when you see it hit the lag the rpm hits 0.

it's shutting down all data including VSS, which isn't part of the distributor. That tells me it's either an ecu issue or an electrical issue. Clean and tighten all your grounds and battery terminals, check for shorts, try another ecu.
If you've relocated your battery, I guarantee that's your problem.
