Yes,the wing has the base. it is spraypainted white and looks like ****.
The crack is on the bottom side, by where the shape changes near the end (I don't know how to describe the location better than that).
The crack is long enough that the end piece flops, and it will need to be repaired with epoxy and resin if you want to put it back to normal.
I will get a pick up asap, or you can come see it.
