my 1999 honda accord lx 2.3 has been hard starting, this began after overheating. i dont see oil in the water or water in the oil. it is hard starting after running it enough hot enough for the fans to come on and then waiting 10-20 minutes, it acts like it is flooded, i have to keep the starter on and the gas pedal down as the engine tries to catch and start. if i let it sit over night it starts more easily . i changed the spark plugs and distributor.
