Default Need help starting my 91 Ef hatch

Hey what's up guys need help trouble shooting my 91 Ef hatch I swapped a obd1 ls swap. So I used a obd0 to obd1 jumper for dizzy and ecu. Everything is plugged correctly n car will just not start. It cranks but no spark fuel is good main relay is good ecu is good dizzy is good Something I did notice was that the check engine light stays on even when just the switch is on but once u turn the switch off the tac lights still stay on but dimmed n the only way to get them to turn off is if u disconnect the battery or main relay. N once you plug them back in. It will do it all over again once you try to start it. Someone please help me get my car started. I need spark Thank you

I would start with makeing sure you have a good ground under the hood, and make sure if you any spliced wires you have used but connectors and heat shrink. If you do not do this you can get unwanted jump between your wires. Best of luck to you on getting her running
