1994 Honda civic no spark or fuel after rain or hard rain
Lately on my 1994 Honda civic 1.5L non vtec when it rains it will not start I have read a couple of other threads. I have replaced the dizzy cap with a new gasket. I don't think its ignition related cuz I have no spark nor is the fuel pump kicking on the CEL stays on until the fuel pump kicks on then it starts ranging from 5-25 mins. It is wet on the passenger floor a lil when it rains I cant tell where its coming from tho. I'm leaning more on a shorted ECU its not the original one anyway it says 95 civic on it. I was told check for a 5 volt refferance at the MAP sensor and TPS sensor.
check for water infiltration in the ecu and at the ecu connectors, and find and fix that leak. also check to see that your grounds in your engine bay aren't getting any water trapped between them and the body.
Are there any common spots where water leaks around or near the ecu?? Sorry I haven't posted in a while

The best way to find the leak is to get a garden hose and watch it with a good light.
if i remember correctly the two most common are corner of the windshield and the body seam around the corner under the windshield near the intake for the cabin blower
