how do i remove these clips ?

Default how do i remove these clips ?
so as the title says with this build i am not going to just rip these off as usual is there a correct way to remove these without braking them apart

angled needle nose pliers work good if you have a small size one

i guess my question would be how do they get removed properly ive always just snapped them apart

needle nose on the bottom. press them together and push up
or
cut them out. and use wire ties to hold the cover down 8)
