Hello folks,

I have an Integra that seems to be running rich. (black soot on rear bumper) I already tried a bunch of fixes and checks, but I think I need a shop that has more expertise and diagnostic tools. Any recommendations for such a shop in on the west / south side of the bay area?

Mainly, I am looking for a shop that will take whatever I already did into consideration, and won't just randomly go around changing parts. It would probably help a lot if they were a tuning shop that had a dyno + other tuning tools.
