Default P1399 2000 Civic Ex

So the other day while driving down the interstate the CEL light started flashing and it started running rough. The crank sensor wiring had got burned against the belt so I replaced the sensor. It still was idling rough so I changed the plugs (already has new cap and rotor) the plugs all looked normal except number 3 it was white which I think means it's running lean on that cylinder? But I went ahead and put a distributor on it, made sure it was still in time and timing belt was tight and adjusted the valves but still has the misfire. Any suggestions?

Oh and I checked the spark... has spark on all wires and all the sparks looked pretty close to the same as far as I could tell on the tester

P1399 is the only CEL code or are there more?

That's a misfire code without an specific cylinder account. Do a cold and hot compression check and see if there are any issues, specifically that #3 cylinder.

Is the engine running normal? Any hesitation?

I'm going to replace the wires tomorrow it probably needs them anyways. And I had to go get a compression tester I'll do that tomorrow too.

Thanks for the input!

The engine ran really good until now but it has a terrible misfire now almost like it's firing but on the wrong timing

Did you check for a good/strong spark on all cylinders?

So a little update.... ran.a compression check today and it was even across the board except cylinder 3 (figures right) it had no compression dry or wet. Tore it apart and one of the exhaust valve on #3 was missing almost half of it.

Thanks for all the input guys
