Hey guys, purchased the ES bushing kit (that I am going to return) in a size 16mm. I know the hf bar is 17mm, but i thought going smaller would be better than going a size over since a 17mm bushing kit is hard to find for some reason. Theres a small gap in the bushing when I installed it. Can anyone recommend a certain brand that makes it in the 17mm? Or should I just go with a universal prothane 17mm or an 18mm size over?

I used the 16mm ES on my HF front bar also, seems fine.

 

Does your HF have the stock engine?
Stock rubber would have been just fine in that case.

Otherwise, Prothane is usually the preferred material before choosing ES.
