Will vtec still engage with no knock sensor on obd1 ecu?

Default Will vtec still engage with no knock sensor on obd1 ecu?

B16a knock sensor question? I swapped a b16a into my 95 and am curios to what i need to do to deal with my knock sensor. p.s noob.

If chiped u can turn the knock off. But im pretty sure it woukd still hit vtec.

Stock OBD1 B series ECU's look for knock. Most chipped ECU's don't have a knock sensor function.

VTEC will work without a knock sensor plug...I'm almost positive.
