Love this car and it's been a lot of fun but unfortunately I just don't get to drive it that much and I could use the space in the garage. Always gets a lot of looks and the exhaust sounds great. There isn't much on the road that compete with a 450hp V8 coupled with the low weight of an RX-7 as well as the awesome weight balance you get with that chassis. It is road legal and it is currently insured & registered.

History:
I originally purchased this car from a Mazda technician in New Jersey in 2009. Since then, it has not seen rain, snow, etc. It's been garage kept with the cover on it unless I was taking it out for a drive. I use the car for Sunday drives and also for auto-x. I haven't put more than 500 miles on it since I've owned it since it's only been taken to car shows, sunday drives, and auto-x events. It gets an oil change yearly since I never go many miles with it. A majority of the work done to the car was done by the prior owner. I have changed out the suspension from KYB adjustable shocks & springs to fully adjustable coilovers, stripped the interior, added the racing seat, battery box, etc to make it work better for my needs on the auto-x course.

The body of the car has 224k miles on it but the engine & trans only have 5k miles on them. The suspension has under 500 miles.

The car was re-painted by the previous owner (used to be white) and that was when the flame paint job was added.

Issues:

* Gas gauge works but 1/2 tank is empty (new sender so it's likely the gauge)
* Sunroof needs to be opened manually
* Dent behind front fender in front of door
* Corbeau seat was bought used so it's sun faded from the guy I bought it from
