Default engine bay wiring chopped up

I have a 93 ej2 with an lsvtec swap (b18 a1 block b16 a head). Well what happened was I let a friend install an aftermarket tach and he ended up pretty much chopping up almost every wire under the hood. He didn't mess with the ecu or anything on the engine itself such as ground wires and such, but now my cars vtec won't engage and won't Rev over 4k for that matter. It looks like the vtec solenoid and ops wires are cut, along with some ground wires and some other wires. I'm asking for help to figure out which wires go where, I've searched all over the Internet and diagrams and manuals trying to find it but since it's not a factory engine that came in the car and the fact it has a different head is causing me problems. Thanks in advance.

Where are the pics? Tell your friend he owes you another engine harness. He was suppose to tap into 1 wire and not a **** ton. Save yourself the headache that way.

You'd think people didn't even bother looking at the stickies...

Upload the picture to a hosting site, such as www.imgur.com. Post the BBCode here. Done. Doesn't matter that you're a trial user.
