Went to a local engine importer today to collect my JDM h22a motor which was about $600
Thought I post some pics

On the way home with my baby at the back - my ek became my van lol

Pics of Motor

Tried searching this but couldnt really find any info so please help me out
So my question is
here is SA this was a really good price for this motor but when I got there all the motors were missing oil caps, this place was a massive warehouse so some dust def went into the head. Should I be concerned and how do I clean it, with out removing the head
Thanks

Maybe flush it with a few oil changes idk thats sketchy! no oil caps wtf! they deff got some dirt and debri in them. Worst case is pull the head and have it inspected and hot tanked cleaned and maybe a rebuild just to be safe like a valve job and new seal ect. better to be safe than sorry!

but as you said let me rather play if safe
Decided to check health of the motor and found this

Plug wires 2, 3, and 4 all had the signs of water penetration in the spark plug chamber
Plug from Cylinder 4

Plug from Cylinder 1

As a note this motor does have some oxidation on it.
So I decided to remove a few brackets and parts and try to clean the block
I used
Oven Cleaner
High Pressure System
Make sure you seal all holes and dizzy
Use safety goggles and mask as fumes are strong
Apply it thick and wait full period of 15min
Did this in the front 2 times due to the heavy dirt/gunk content
Before

After - Ran out of product for the back

This was only a test next I want to remove all parts so I am left only with the cylinder head, block and sump

Guys need some advise
I want to remove my crank pulley and that f@#$#en bolt wont loosen
I have seen the trick with the starter and also the trick using a jack stand as a mount and using a breaker bar to loosen the bolt, but unfortunately motor is out and its not going in my car for some time
I tried chaining the auto flywheel to a mount hole for gearbox so the crank doesnt move and using my impact wrench (200nm) but the bolt is still tight
Any suggestions

Get a propane torch you can find them cheap at your local parts store, Also order this tool from the ebay link. Torch the bolt for a few mins then use a impact gun or the tool from ebay and a extension with a breaker bar, place a jack stand under the extension for support and break the bolt loose. You can also use this tool with a impact gun.

haha thanks I plan on keeping this car, so hopefully insurance scraps the car (I have fully comprehensive insurance) and I can fix the few things and do a full respray at a later stage and use the extra cash for my h2b build
Looking at the condition of the warehouse and the way all those engines are just thrown about, I would never buy anything from them...
Good luck with your build!
