Default Timing Belt Question! B18C

Hey guys I finally got around to throwing on my new timing belt and water pump.
My timing belt seems to be riding on the outter edge of the cams. Away from the head. I've tried everything an can't figure out if its normal or a problem.
I've posted a video below to let you guys see what I talking about.
Any info would be great. Thanks
BTW I did run the motor for about 5 min an it never left this spot its in so its not slipping.
Motor is a jdm B18c type r
