Crank pulley won't come off
I have a b16 that I tore apart and the pistons are out of it and everything but I forgot to take off the crank pulley when the engine was still in the car. I've read multiple threads but nothings helped... Just need some suggestions
Does you crank pulley have the hex inside it? If so you can order a power built tool for these that works pretty good.

If not Tom Cat was right with the chain wrench.

There's webbing in the block that can be used (although I wouldn't recommend it). Regardless, the correct answer is the tool that Bentley linked, and that's pretty much the end of it.
Its going to be tough but you're gonna have to have a second hand to stick a flathead into the flywheel through the flywheel cover and than do your best on the crank pulley bolt.

Thank you everyone I got it off with the help of a buddy. We used a chain wrench with a breaker and extension and came off nice and easy! Appreciate everyone's input
Well....the only thing I read were that the pistons were out and "everything". That could mean anything. not to mention. How does one take the crank off with the oil pump intact? Can't remove crank off engine block with pulley holding the oil pump on it. He could've done this the way me and NAR stated by jamming the flywheel, or his method of using a chain wrench.
TomCat, you can still have an engine on the rotisserie with the flywheel installed
...unless you're trying to install an SR flywheel on a B series. Don't ask.

That's partially true. I wouldn't jam the flywheel, even with the clutch housing installed
That's just begging to shear, imbalance, or generally **** something up.
