I have a power prob which tells me that i have ground on my fuses that go to the power windows under the hood #24, 25,26, 28... i have put a new relay that there under the hood for those fuses.. so i also have replaces it with another Unit that i had here laying around and same thing there no power to them but there is ground to both ends of the fuses to power windows ....

i also wanted to give it direct current thro the relay so i attached wire to the ends and brought them up thro the outside and made it circuit true and i get power to those fuses #24,25,26,28 any idea whats the problem is need help
