I have a leak in the vacuum hose that goes to my power booster on my 94 accord. My brakes are 10 times better with the leak than before the leak started. Before my brake pedal traveled close to the floor and I really do not think the brakes would have locked with extreme heavy braking. With the vacuum leak I have a very firm pedal and can stop on a dime. Does this mean the brake booster is bad as when it was drawing vacuum the brakes sucked and since it isn't the brakes are good? Can I just plug the vacuum line and leave the brakes the way they are now?
