Hi all,

My car is newer, but still uses single carb management. Hope you guys can help.
I'm trying to get my -95 civic 1.3 , single carb (PGM-carb) , D13B1 engine, to run smootly.
My fuel mixture is unbelivably lean. All spark plugs are white.
Service manual gives only idle mixture adjustment. That did not work.

Are there any PGM-carb experts here ?
