As Long as the b18b is obd2 then mostly yes. A few items will have to be modified but some only matter if you're using a USDM ecu:
-the JDM engine won't have the CKF by the crank so you'll have to bypass it
-the b18b has a round style intake air temp sensor, you need to put your intake sensor into the intake arm or convert to the round style plug
-the JDM b18b won't have the EVAP purge valve
