So this is the first weekend I had bought the car 1 year ago last month.



I installed s2000 seats and the lip.

It may not look bad in picture, but I can assure it looked like crap. The previous owner tried "rolling" the fenders with a bat and angle grinder.

So after a few months I bought some auto-fit fenders.



Then the d16y5 motor took a poop. So, I tracked down a full D16Y8 swap.
While doing the swap I did, Dual core radiator, Header and Hasport mount.

After ( Don't Mind the dirty bay, I just had finished the swap.)


I than ran into a major problem.

I had to wire in my secondary o2 sensor and FTP sensor. After burning 3 ecus and a countless hours of de-pinning and re-pinning, I finally got it done.

NO MORE C.E.L YAY!!!

So I then got a hold of few parts. Disregard the precision camber kit, it was for an eg.




Then in January, I painted my fenders and installed an SI cluster.




So, I rolled like that between Arizona and Texas for a few months. Then about 2 Months ago, I painted my car.









then week after my paint job, I had a 2 1/4 inch full exhaust system made.

SOOOO, now we are here....

Last week I gutted the car for cleaning for the first time. I had found cat poop in the back seat.



and today...

redid my headliner,sun visor, center counsel and possibly do the door inserts tomorrow.









i'll post more pictures tomorrow of the headliner and after installed.

I also will be picking up my k-series Hasport mounts tomorrow.

Headliner installed, carpet cleaned, new OEM shift boot installed, and now just to get some integra or del sol seats. Since I sold the S2k seats and the nrg one.

Psst...Acura CL-S seats...

 

from what year? I remeber seeing, what I believe was a 1998 at the wrecking yard. The rear seats had like a flip down middle console with cup holders.

I may look into them, if I like the style.
