what size garrett turbo is best for....

I have a 1990 civic dx hatch and I am finally getting around to putting a turbo on it. I just need to know which garrett turbo is overall the best turbo for my setup?

Your post needs to be a little more descriptive than what you have. What are your goals? What motor? Daily Driver? Track? Autox? Give us some more to work with..
