Upgrades for '93 Accord F22A6?
So Im looking into some relatively cheap upgrades that I could do to my '93 Accord EX. I've already replaced the stock air intake with an aftermarket short ram intake but Im looking to do more than that. Ive considered for sure replacing the exhause headers as well but I am having a hard time finding any replacements.
Any suggestions on the header, plus any other general upgrades for under $500 that will give me decent HP boost?
Thanks...

Unless you are using a lower gear ratio trans, skip on the header. They tend to crack after a while. That or be proactive and if you get a DC Sports header, have it warrantied every two years(or whenever the warranty ends). I've found headers just seem to make the air intake louder/attracts unwanted attention when driving.
Exhaust can be a nice change, if you want a bit of sound or noise. But don't make it obnoxious.
Don't go larger than 2.5" if you can find someone locally with metric standard pipe 60mm(2.36") is a good size for the 2.2. If you are just going to be cruising mostly, 2.25" will be more than adequate.
These guys seem to have great prices.
Results for Car Exhaust:Honda:90-93 Honda Accord
Personally I would check on the suspension first.
52316-SA5-000 rear sway bar drop link bushings ~$2 each from Honda, you will need four.
52315-SJ4-000 rear sway bar bushings. ~$3 from Honda, you will need two.
Front sway bar bushings from Honda are pricier, ~$10 each and you will need two.
OR you can look at Rock Auto for pricing ~ $5 for the front pair +shipping
OR find poly bushings from Prothane, look online for prices.
Front sway bar end link kit, hands down Prothane 8-403 ~$10, but you will have to still have the original hardware for the front for this kit to be applicable. If not then use 8-402.
Fixing the worn sway bar bushings brings the fun back into driving these cars. Nice an level around a corner rather than dragging rocker panels.
Make sure there are no worn or busted bushings or ball joints.
Fix any leaks.
Make sure the brakes are up to snuff, bleed with quality Castrol fluid and verify the hoses are not swollen or damaged.
And when the budget allows upgrade the wheels/tires for better grip.
But at the very least, make sure the timing belt is not in need of replacement.
