I notice that whenever I turn of my headlights, the led on the spoiler doesn't come on when I step on the brake. The third brake light in the car comes on fine. However, I notice that the led light comes on when I step on the brake when the headlights are off.

I used a line tap for and tap one of the brake light lines for the led on the spoiler. Did I do something wrong?

 

possibly. There may be a 2 filiment bulb in the rear, im not sure. If so the line that you taped may not carry enough current to supply the LED with power when the headlights are on.

the wing brake light isn't supposed to come on when you turn on your lights(its a violation to actually have the third brake light lit at all times) it is only supposed to come on when you hit the brake pedal. if you want more lights to come on when you turn on your headlights, there are these REEEAAALLLYY cool lights that are neon and i bet you could find a way to mount them any where and everywhere on your car so people can see how fly you are when you''re driving down the road!

 

connect the wiring from the thrid brake light onto the spoiler led brake light. but yea there probably isnt enough current to light up both the 3rd brake light and the led in the spoiler at the same time

 

I think hes tryin to say that whenever he uses his headlights his led wont work when he steps on the brake, but they light up when he turns the lights off
