Default 2006 Honda Pilot a/c compressor

Couple questions with this compressor. I have a buddy who was able to test my AC and found that I was low on A/C fluid but that wasn't the reason for my AC not running properly. Final analysis showed that the compressor was frozen. How easy/difficult is it to change out the compressor and would it be worth my time to attempt?

Second question, I have over 130,000 miles on it and I know that I need to have my timing belt replaced before it breaks. Is there any benefit to replacing the compressor with the timing belt removed?

a/c compressor isn't a hard job at all. has nothing to do with the timing belt job, though.
