headlights on interior lights on so its not the battery. could it be the fuse or the starter?

You assume its not the battery do you here a click, click, click, click when you start it? or a CLICK, BRRRRRRRRRR?

 

Do the basic diagnostic tests. The other person I linked that thread to in the past week managed to fix the problem, on his own, using that link, in a day. If you put in a modicum of effort, you'll get what you want. If you halfass it, expect us to halfass whatever we give to you.

You say that, but you don't know if you're talking to the wrong person right now. Check your attitude, and learn some respect for those with much more history, knowledge, and intelligence than yourself. As someone new to something, you should be willing to take advice from those who know better than you. Instead, you decided to act like a ******** about it. Every bit of knowledge you could possibly want is easily found on these forums, and most of it is right there, well-organized and prepared for easy comprehension by new members in the FAQ sticky. You obviously didn't even try to read it, nor did you try to search, and instead went straight to creating a new thread. That's not how things work.
