Hey guys,

Just decided to share with you another option for a front lip on our CRVs

I have both an s2000 and CRV and when I had the opportunity to get an extra front lip for the S I decided to not waste it and see if the lip would work on the CRV

The lip I got was polyurethane AP2 version and im not sure if its OEM or not but the PU material was able to flex enough to fit the front of the CRV nicely, there are still some minor gaps in places but for the effort I put in and the fact that it was free I feel that this is a good option for the CRV and its an OEM+ kinda deal

some of the design details line up quite well with the original bumper as well as some into the contour that curves over the front fender. the cutout in the top of the lip very closely matches the outside cutouts in the lower bumper grille area

Ill have better pictures to come once I give both cars a good wash

thanks man im pretty happy with it, i may paint it matte black like the rest of the lower bumper but it was already painted a nice black when i got it so i just left it

you beat me to it, i was keeping this as a back proj. but good thing you got to it right away,
i have a spare s2k lip at the shop and we test fit it last year, it fit well with less mods than the
cherokee lip.. thats why i didnt went that route... looks better on a fullmark front bumper..

thanks for the share, ill work on my V this winter.. im just making it a show and go demo car,
thats why its on the back burner for now..

 

So the fitmit is pretty close on the JDM/EDM Bumpers!

Looks pretty good. Very curious how it looks on the EDM bumper too. Someone cut out the center two vertical ribs on the bumper and put a big *** intercooler in there so I don't have to.
