I have to repair or replace the 12 volt outlet in the lower portion of the front center console. It appears to me that if I could remove the tilt out bin just above it, then I could do what I need to do in the open space created by removing that bin. Does anyone have any experience with this? Does the console have to come out?? Any advice will be greatly appreciated...Thanks
