My 2009 Honda Pilot recently had engine shut down while driving on highway. No engine warning lights came on and it restarted ok after we pulled over to the side of the road. Has anyone else had a problem like this? I have had this Pilot since new and never had problem before. Thank you.

 

Faulty ignition switch?

 

That's what I thought too, but has worked fine since the 1 episode. I went to my Honda dealer yesterday when I got home and asked a service person about it. He had no good answer for me. Still a little concerned but it is working find now.
