Default Low compression on cyl 1 help!

I have a d16z6 on boost and i did a compression test today and the numbers are 178, 180, 172, 110 from cyl 4-3-2-1. Went to a wet test and cyl 1 went to 120. I dont have a leak down test gauge so is there a way to tell if valves are done for or my headgasket needs replacing? Check radiator for bubbles and nothing, doesnt burn coolant, and oil cap looks good. Leaning more towards valves since the way my wastegate sits on the runner of cyl one might of burnt one of the exhaust valve? Boosted for 2.5 years.

I added a few drops of oil into the bad cyl and redid the test, yielded 120 psi from the previous 110psi
