Horn and Cruise Control Don't Work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My '95 Integra has cruise control and a horn but the damn things don't work. When I push the horn button, I can hear a relay clicking under the dash. When I press the "Cruise" on/off button, the button itself lights up, but the "Cruise Control" light on the instument cluster doesn't light up. I really want to fix this, I've checked for blown fuses but can't find any blown.
Are there more fuse panels other than the one under the dash?
What fuse controls the horn and cruise controls?
Please help!!!
Thanks

Doesnt the dash light only come on when you are driving with it engaged.. not just turned on by that switch..
I think you have to actually be "cruising"
horn is under the front bumper passenger side right next to the radiator... make sure its not dented, or unplugged.

There are also fuses in the engine bay, so check those as well. I believe the cruise control and the horn are linked by the same fuse as the break lights. I had the same problem, but my break lights didn't work as well, so after I slapped on a new fuse, it worked fine.
i've tried engaging it while "cruising" and it still doesn't light up or engage.
i'll check those horn connections though.

my brake lights work, i've checked that box right by the battery and didn't find any fuses, just some other electical connections.
The horn and cruise control buttons use the same connector to the fuse box, so that could have gotten disconnected somehow. There's nothing else on that connector, so the symptoms would be that only the horn and cruise control don't work. The button under the left side of the gauges will light up like normal, but you won't be able to engauge cruise control because the buttons are disconnected.
The same thing happened to me when I was installing my alarm. I forgot to plug that connector back in and some idiot F&F wannabe in a Cavalier cut me off, so I went to blast my horn at him and nothing happened.

is your car used?
other than checking the fuses and wiring.. I remember a thread a couple months (or weeks) back where someguy had the same problem.. ends up it previously had a steering wheel swap and some other stuff taken out (in order to sell it... I guess he wanted his parts back before the sale).... and he neglected to reconnect all the wiring in the steering wheel and underpanels...
