Default OBD-0 to OBD-1 conversion

Little confused here and need some guidance please. I will be using a B18a1 block and either a gsr or b16a head and building an ls/vtec-t in my crx si-R. Currently, the car is OBD-0, but since I will be using a b18a block and will be wanting to tune it with Hondata, I will need to have the conversion to OBD-1, correct? I understand I need an obd-1 dizzy, and ecu to do that.

Because I was looking at the current harness in my car and it's messy and I wanted to clean it up a little by maybe buying a full engine harness from Rywire. They said if I buy the engine harness I can choose OBD-1 for the altenator, distributor and all the connections, so does this mean I will not need a conversion harness from obd-0 to obd-1 or would I still need it? Confused? Me too!

Asking RyWire directly will give you the BEST answer you can get.
