Okay I have a 97 Civic Dx Coupe and my door panel clips are all fucked up and it's time to replace my door panels. I'm running into a couple of issues I don't want the plain old OEM door panel plus I can't really afford to spend loads of money on 2 door panels.

Does anyone know where I can buy some nice panels?

Yup if theres a pick a part near you I think theyre having a 1/2 off everything special. I picked up a pair for my ej coupe this weekend for $20.00 bucks a they look brand new.

 

Is that the only way I can get door panels? like they don't make aftermarket panels for my car?

 

You said you can't afford nice panels, so no, they don't. Seibon might make a panel for your car, but they're carbon fiber, and in the thousand dollar range. Get OEM, or get more money.

 

new door panels will just fall apart like the old ones unless u firm them up with foam or re-finish them with stronger material

Call your local junk yards and find out. It'll vary regionally. Buying brand new OEM would be a comical waste of money, though.
