I'll be relocating to San Jose in November and would need to get a car - the last car I owned was a 2002 DC5r in New Zealand - this was back in 2009. Thereafter I moved to Asia for work where I couldn't afford a car (a delsol would set you back USD 40,000!!) but the public transport system is amazing so no complaints there.

Would love any advice at all on car sales/purchases, where to buy, what to look out for etc. - will probably be posting in the various sub-forums shortly.
