scotch belts. oil can welding sleeves

haven't been here for a while now
good to be back,
just a few questions
i have a pipe polisher that use a 1.5" x 30" belt, do you know where can i buy scotch brite belts for it? not strips, a ready to use belt,
also, what type of oil can do you guys use for cutting/engine assembly? i'v had cheapo oiler but i dont like them, looking for something solid that dosnt leak,

i know most guys dont use welding sleeves, but i do, and im looking for recommendations from you buys on which is more comfortable than the other, i'v had deer skin standard white sleeves and i dont like them,

I've used a lot of different sleeves. The miller half and half's are the best ones I've had. The similar black stallions upper elastic is too narrow and uncomfortable.
