I was looking for a fog light kit and came across an after market kit under partslink # HO2590111

claims replace the OEM kit and to have a wiring harness and switch included.

Has anyone installed this kit?
Several sites claim instructions are included but none have them posted online.

Can't tell if it's going to connect to the factory harness or if it's just a stand alone kit.
