Default Honda civic si vibration

So last night I changed the top driver side motor mount, then I started the car up and it vibrates even worse now. I used an oem mount so no poly or solid mounts. My uncle who helped jacked the motor up on the crank pulley 😭 so now I think that's causing my vibrations when I drive. Or could it be the other mounts??
The motor is a b16 usdm

I would take a look at the crank pulley while the engine is running. Also, you may just need to loosen and retighten all the mounts to let them align properly. I believe there is a procedure for this in the helm manual for accords, not sure about civics.
