help!Broken piece inside intake manifold
need help removing broken piece that's inside intake manifold. The part that is broke is circled in the picture below and it goes from intake manifold to vacuum line and to brake booster. It broke off and now the only part that is left is inside the intake manifold and need to find a way to take it out without taking off the manifold. any and all help is appreciated

btw its a b20 swap with ls intake manifold in 00 civic, if that helps any

It's a press fit piece, and given how old this hardware is...good luck. Your only option is to eat the **** out of it with a torch, then pick and pry at it with pliers until it comes out. Don't expect it to come out intact.

most of the time Honda uses the same size on those pressed in fittings for the brake booster, but I can't tell you for sure without measuring it, but normally it's a 33/64 drill bit to drill it out, then you can tap it to 9/16-18, which allows you to screw in a -6 straight AN coupler to -6 male, the end that screws into the manifold is just like a -6, but without the flare, and seals with an O ring, you might, and I mean might, be able to find a -6 straight flare to a pipe thread, which would keep you from having to use AN fittings. but normally the size of the hole for those pressed in fittings, is almost the exact size needed to drill and tap for 9/16 -18 edit, if I ever get out to the plant and I have a spare -6 to pipe thread adapter around, i can mill off the flare, and make you an adapter with 9/16 18 on one end and pipe thread on the other, this would let you go to a brass block and a regular pipe nipple for a hose, it won't take me a but a few minutes to machine it down, it depends on if I have any left over
