2009 Honda Pilot rear washer motor replacement?
I have a 2009 Honda Pilot and the rear washer fluid motor went out. Does anybody know where this motor is located in the vehicle, where I could purchase the part, and instructions on how to replace the motor? Please be gentle as I'm not the most mechanically inclined person, however, I'm willing to give this a shot especially after the quote the dealer gave me to fix this.
To add to that- yes, make sure the line isn't blocked first. To access the washer bottle and motors, remove the front passenger wheel then remove the plastic inner fender. It should just be a bolt or two to remove the motor.
Here's a blown out diagram and online parts list to help you: TANK, WASHER (4.0L)/WINDSHIELD WASHER for 2009 Honda PILOT
You want #2. "List price" is about what you would pay at the dealer and the "price" column+ about $10 for shipping is what you would pay from this site. Or you can get one from the local auto parts store for about $20

I believe it's the motor because when I turn the **** to engage the rear washer, the wiper blade moves, but no fluid and no motor noise. I'll check the lines first just to make sure. Thanks for the help, especially since the dealer told me this would be 150 to fix. Thanks again this helps a lot.
