Hey guys. I just passed a smog pretest but I have to go to the referee since I have a newer engine in my crx. My friend swapped a d16z6 into it. I have my old a6 motor in my garage and I was wondering if I can use the old d16a6 timing belt cover with the z6 motor? Or are they not interchangeable? I need the timing belt cover to pass the regular smog test.

 

If you have both there, why not take it off and try? It's only a few bolts.
