What B16a/ distributor do I have?
Can you identify this distributor?
Was told it was an obd2 b16
Went to the honda dealership and got a 99 si cap
And it does not fit well , some parts line up but it's not an exact fit
And doesn't seal properly

Given the bit of a clusterfuck that is your car, your best bet would be to remove the distributor, and take it to the dealership with you so they might be able to match up the correct part.

Looks like obd-1 ... Look............http://www.rywire.com/obd1-to-obd2-8...-1-2-8-pin.htm Or it could be this one http://www.rywire.com/obd1-to-obd2-8...1-2-10-pin.htm In the picture you have 2 connectors from the Dizzy... Not one like obd-2..
