95 Civic no fuel no spark
I have a 95 civic with no fuel no spark problem. I have checked all my fuses, main relay, ecu, and tried replacing fuse boxes. I have been at this for 2 years!! please help!

checked all fuses with a test light and volt meter. also checked grounds with volt meter on ohms. I forgot to mention that it is wire tucked and i moved the ground on the trans to a lower spot on the frame rail.
