Turboing the f22a1
Okay after some massive reading. im going to use the T3 h23 turbo manifold with the 38mm waste gate. then Going to get a Godspeed Turbo 63ar. "Polished housing" going with a God speed intercooler kit. and then going over to the walbro lph 255 fuelpump. and a set of Bosch 410cc injectors. im using a all stock internal on engine. Also going with a stage 1 dc sport clutch and fidanza 8lb flywheel What would be the MAX boost I could put to this. New to Forced induction and need a lot of help here.. What kinda Hp is to be expected???.. here is information on turbo •T3/T4 TURBO CHARGER .63ar (polished compressor housing) Intake: 3 inch Inlet: 2 inch Compressor trim: .50
•Compressor Wheel diameter: 50.16 / 76.84 Turbine Wheel diameter: 54.06 / 65.20 Exhaust Trim: .63ar
•Turbine flange type : T3 flange Down pipe flange type: 5 bolt standard
•Cooling type: oil cool only Horsepower rating: 350+

Yes, max boost and stock engine don't usually go together in the same sentence!
That being said, to get an idea of what kind of HP you can obtain by turboing your F22, you can use: Squirrel Performance. Put in your desired power level, your engine specs and it will calculate how much boost is required to reach that power level. Additionally, you can choose different turbos and see their compressor maps and where your setup would fall within that map. It's a good place to start.
If you goal is not to blow up your engine, you are going to be limited to 5-7 lbs of boost. Based a stock F22, at 5-7 lbs of boost, you would be making about 175-190 HP. That's a respectable gain over the stock 125 HP.
Find a tuner in your area, talk to him and then get your parts together. When you are ready to install, take it to him and have a safe tune put on that will keep your engine together. Enjoy the boost and decide if you want to go further and how you will get there.
Good luck!

Injectors and clutch will be your limiting factor with what you have listed. You may be able to make about 250lbs ft of torque before having issues. I wouldn't touch those cheapass turbos, There's MUCH better turbos out there that will be more efficient for that power goal if you spend the cash and do it right, as well. What you have is a recipe for failure.
More research is what you need!
