What all will I need when swapping from the f22a1 head over to the h22a1 head. keep in mind this is a dirt oval car. nothing for the highway,. I know obviously a head-intake-header... was wondering about if my ecu-engine management system will work off my f series motor... thanks in advance.... was considering a K-SERIES swap but went against that obviously after reading up on it.... thanks guys

No their isn't a f22a1 over to a h22a1 head swap on there...

 

There are three swap writeups.
F22B1 head on F22A1
H22A head on F22B1
H22A head on F23A1

If you can make a VTEC head work on an A1 you can make a VTEC head work on a A1.
