Default D17A2 Head and timing belt help

Whats up H-T

Question about head torque, the #1 bolt in the diagram made some creeking sound when doing the 3rd final torque, rest of them were fine. bolts and holes were cleaned and had oil on them. is this normal or should I buy a new bolt?

second, I got a the timing belt on and the motor spins fine however when double checking TDC the cam pulley "UP" is dead straight up, not straight with the head. the TDC mark on the exhaust side is aligned with the head perfect but the intake side is slightly lower, if i move it one tooth it throws it off more.... any comments on that?

this is the first D17 i've messed with so I want to make sure. only thing I like better than the older D series is the tensioner lol.

Every time you do the head gaskey you should buy new cylinder head screw. Remember that with time they get stretch.
