What sleeves are these?

Trying to figure out what sleeves these are. I think theyre Golden Eagle but the water jackets are different from most Golden Eagle blocks I've seen. Are they an older style or something?

Those look like GE sleeves circa 2001-2003.. I have a block similar to that.

And yes.. still running after 10 years and 32 events
