It won't retracted does anybody have an extra or does anybody know how to fix it?

If you haven't molested your seat belts, then you can go to any Honda dealership and they will repair it for free.
Lifetime warranty.

If not, check FS/WTB thread, classifieds section, junkyards, ebay, craigslist, etc.

This is a tech only forum - no for sale and want to buy stuff here.
